How do levels work, and what do they unlock?

Daily XP limits: first hour online up to 60, quests up to 30, resources up to 20, PvP up to 50, and confirmed help up to 50. Repeated kills of the same player within 10 minutes, suicide, NPC kills and current teammates do not count.

Ranks at levels 1 / 3 / 5 / 10 / 20: Newcomer, Explorer, Resident, Veteran, Legend. Levels currently provide status and a collection. Future rewards will be enabled through separate modules with clear requirements; XP grants no combat bonuses.

Available historical counters are imported from existing statistics. New XP is earned after this system starts.
